Prerequisites
To start this quest, talk to Jopol in the Red Wing Casino. This quest is available at Fletching level 63. This quest is only available during a Crafting Caravan event.

- Make 10 sets of Astonishing Arrows
- Posses 10,000 Astonishing Arrows x10000
- Talk to Jopol
