Horse thief events run hourly in most zones (apparently).
These events spawn a number of mantis horse thieves, and upon killing them will spawn a group of horses.
Participating in the event will also grant 3 x [[Horse Apple Seedling|Horse Apple Seedlings]].

The Serbule Horse Thief event occurs North East of the graveyard, on a hill next to the giant hand.
