== Meditation Overview==
[[Meditation]] is a skill used by adventurers of all varieties, although [[Unarmed]] users will find the greatest benefits. Through brief [[Meditation]] sessions at [[Meditation Pillar]]s and Arches across Alharth, adventurers can learn temporary attack combinations or receive boosts. Travelers to the frozen [[Kur Mountains]] region will find great use from the Cold Resistance provided by Meditation Orcish #15 and #53. Meditation does benefit from bonuses to crafting experience gain.
