To do the pocket gear for cloth you add bloodstone at the top as primary and for auxiliary slot you add a rubywell gem. then you craft till you hit purple or yellow to get the plus 8 slot mod.
To get the plus 20 slots with the plus 8 mod you go to textiles tailoring and click where it says add pockets to top or legs, drop the gear in to the slot and you add pockets 10 times, 2 per interaction up to 10 times for the plus 20 pockets.
