=History=
:The Council Lands were created in Alharth after a group of wizards known as the Council conquered the region over a thousand years ago. After displacing most of the native populations into neighboring countries through various wars, The Council Lands experienced centuries of peace. In recent times, only five members of the Council remain. While the surviving wizards live in seclusion in the city of Statehelm, The Council Lands have thrived under the control of local leaders.
