Fire Magic is my heart, but I believe there's something beyond it. Something even more deadly. If only I had time to do more research.

Velkort lives in a house in Serbule, he is found near the well. He is easily noticed as there is usually a Sentient Flame creature nearby (possibly one of his creations, neato!). Speak with him, and he may share the secrets of Fire Magic.

Velkort seems to harbor feelings for Blanche.
