Currently working on updating Merchants.
- Completed:
  - Basic restructuring via templates.
  - Added/converted rows for all vendors on Category:Vendor
- To do:
  - Prettying it up
    - Left/right/mid alignments
    - Recoloring of region name bars
  - Confirmation and data entry
