“The craft of arrow-making. Most fletching recipes require elements obtained from Carpentry, so it's often handy to know both skills well. At highter level, fletchers also need various Alchemy components.
Fletching is the trade skill dealing in arrows. It is currently a rather expensive/time consuming skill that makes Archery less a palatable as other combat skills. It is first taught by Elahil in Serbule.
