Pennoc is an NPC located in the down town of [[Serbule]]. He is a rich man who has been stuck in the town due to being waylaid on the road. Naturally, being rich and cooped up in the small town of [[Serbule]] has made him restless. As such, he is willing to offer a number of mundane quests to new players to satiate his boredom.
