→Night-vision: Added info about Combat Echolocation
Immediately, a bat is able to permanently fly, which being faster than sprinting, makes transportation somewhat easier. However, flying does drain power.

Bats get Echolocation, which may possibly make seeing at night much easier. They also get Combat Echolocation which comes with a 7% evasion bonus at the cost of 1 movement speed.
