The first time you use (bind to or recall from) a Teleportation Circle, you're rewarded 200 bonus Teleportation XP. You can click a Teleportation Circle icon on your map to see how many times you have used that circle and if it is eligible for the bonus.

You can see how many unique teleportation circles you've already bound to in each zone by going to the Skills pane -> Teleportation -> List Used Teleport Locations. You can also see your currently bound Circle at Skills -> Teleportation -> Get Binding Info. You can click a Teleportation Circle icon on your map to see how many times you have used that circle and if it is eligible for the bonus.
