Different ways to revive players

** Level 64 (Tether Soul 2) - First ally to die will resurrect a few seconds after death with 75% of their Health and Power.

** Resuscitate (Level 45) - Consumes 2 Diamonds or Winterprize. The ally will return with 1 Health.
** Resuscitate 2 (Level 60) - Consumes 2 Diamonds or Winterprize. The ally will return with half of their Max Health.
