Pocket gears: Only purple and yellow will proc plus 8 pocket gear as a mod, which then allows you to get 28 slots on each piece for the top and skirt.
To do the pocket gear for cloth you add bloodstone at the top as primary and for auxiliary slot you add a rubywell rubywall gem. then you craft till you hit purple or yellow to get the plus 8 slot mod.
To get the plus 20 slots with the plus 8 mod you go to tailoring and click where it says add pockets to top or legs, drop the gear in to the slot and you add pockets 10 times, 2 per interaction up to 10 times for the plus 20 pockets.
