Splitting Annex and the First Part

I think it'd be good to make a separate article for annex and count it as its own dungeon. Couple problems right now: 1) Annex is way harder than the rest of Goblin Dungeon, so rating its difficulty is tough. 2) The full Goblin Dungeon is huge; if I counted correctly there are 28 different creatures in the first part alone. Splitting them up should solve both of these problems - they're practically different dungeons anyway since the level difference is so large and the monsters in each section aren't related to each other.
