Added additional canon information from the ingame resource "The Chortling Beaver's First Screed". Clarified the official name of the currency as Council-Stamps, as defined by this ingame lore item. "Council" is coloquialism as defined by ingame lore.
Council-Stamps (or just "Councils ") are the primary currency on [[Alharth]] and in [[Main Page|Project: Gorgon]]. A [[Lore]] Item within The Chortling Beaver in [[Serbule]] describes two additional measures of this currency, the Wall and the Screed.* 10 Walls = 1 Council* 20 Councils = 1 Screed
