: - The shopping district of Havule is located near the front gate and closes around dusk. The residential district begins past the shopping district and is densely packed. Close to the back wall of town, the residential district widens into large identical wooden houses separated and surrounded by trees.
:- The roadways in Havule are paved with cobblestones and only a few streets have lamps.
:- Elves have to pay a tax to the local Council Representative, but humans do not. The divide between the two races has caused a lack of communication about this, and some humans refuse to believe that the Council would do such a thing.
