This quest is only available after an a speech interaction. Also, you need to have already unlocked the upper level shortcut access door next to the Weird Leaves in the '''[[Rahu Sewers]]''' by defeating the '''[[Treant Guardian]]''' and looting his key. You also have to travel the Weird Leaves and read the a book at the other end. Until then, '''[[Lady Windsong]]''' will not offer this quest.
