Like with other "creepy" [[Beast Forms|Beast Forms]] such as the [[Lycanthropy|Wolf]] and [[Spider|Spider]], even fewer NPCs will talk to you than to most animals. Additionally, some animals that normally talk to others animals will not talk to the Giant Bat (Red). Before changing into a bat, it is recommended that you be an experienced player. (Unless you're up for a challenge!)
