[[Hulon the Hoarder]] is the resident banker of [[Serbule Keep]]. He offers [[Council Storage]] which can be expanded by buying vault slots at increasingly higher prices. Note that gaining favor with Hulon does not reduce the cost of vault slots.
An Item-Transfer chest can also be found in the Serbule Bank. This lets Prodigies transfer 8 items at a time to alternative personas. (Other characters on your account).
