Work Orders in higher level zones request items that require higher levels of crafting skills to complete, but also offer a higher reward. The completion of high level Work Orders is a common way to earn many Councils. As [[Industry]] is leveled, the maximum number of active Work Orders a character can claim is increased (up to 13).
