The following table is to help figure where to sell your loot. There are many NPC merchants and each has different interests.

Fainor	All kinds of foods (prepared and raw), and it seems misc. non-food recipes.
Mushroom Jack	Animal parts, potions, mushrooms, Mind gems, Mantis claws
Sir Coth	Jewelry (necklaces, not amulets), paintings, coins, goblets, ...
Therese	Seems to buy a wide range of items including weapons, armor, potions, animal parts, plants, jewelry, art...
Velkort	Animal parts (spider legs, snail shells, mandibles, cat eyeball, ...)
Jesina	Potions, fruits, flowers, meats, basic cooking ingredients.
Eltibule
Kleave	All kinds of foods (raw and cooked), potions.
Helena Veilmoor	Weapons, armor, potions, plants, animal parts, carpentry/leatherworking/blacksmithing components.
