As your level increases, you can pre-pay more days in advance. On The cost of purchasing the next day depends on how many days you've rented a stall during the past 30 days. === XP ===You gain 100 Retail Management XP every time you rent a stall for another day.=== How To Sell Items In Your Shop ======= The Basics: ====First, click on the "Add to Shop" tab and choose the items you want to sell. They will be taken out of your inventory and stored in the shop. However, they won't be fore sale just yet. They are initially in a hidden state where customers can't see them. Once you've added some items to the shop, it's time to set their prices. Click on the "Set Prices" tab. You'll see a "Show in Shop" button for each item. Click that button and set the prices you want to sell it for. Then click "Save Changes." Now your item is for sale! Other players can see your item and purchase it.==== Selling Multiples: ====If you've added a stack of items to the shop, you'll see a "per" field next to the "price" field. This lets you set how many items from a stack to sell at a time. For instance, if you set the Price to 10 and the Per to 2, then player can choose what buy 2 items at a cost of 10 Councils. Players will only be able to buy multiples of the Per value. (So in this example, they couldn't buy 1 item by itself, or buy 3 items ; they could only buy 2,4,6, ect).==== Reserving Items: ====If you have a special request from a customer, you can reserve it for them, so that only they can see it in your shop. Just enter the player's name in the "Reserve for Player" field which is shown under the "Price" field. If you leave this field blank, all players can see the item.==== Important: Save Changes! ====If you change the price or other settings, the "Save Changes" button will appear. Your changes will not be visible to customers until you press the button. If you close the window without pressing the button, your changes are discarded.==== Advanced Pricing Tips: ====When you add several stacks of the same item to your shop, they aren't combined into one stack -- they're each listed separately. This lets you set different prices for each stack. You might set a cheap price for the first stack and more expensive prices for the other stacks. This helps you gauge customer interest: if even the cheaper items don't sell , there may not be much demand for the item. If all your items sell quickly, even the expensive ones, then your prices were probably too low. You can also use the "Per" field to give players discounts for buying in bulk. For instance, if you set one stack to cost 10 per 1, and another stack to cost 19 per 2, then players get a slight discount when they buy 2 at what pricea time. You can't change the size of stacks while they're in the shop. Instead, take them out of the shop, organize the stacks in your inventory, and then add the stacks back to the shop. (To split a stack in your inventory, click the stack while holding down the SHIFT key).==== Advanced Reordering Shop Items: ====If you're very particular about your shop, you may want to organize the exact order that your items are shown to customers. Your customers will see the items listed in the same order that they are shown on your "Set Prices" tab. You can move items up or down in the list by right-clicking the item's icon and choosing "Move Up In List" or "Move Down In List". A related tip: when you're on the "Add to Shop" tab, if you hold down SHIFT when you add an item, it will be added to the top of the list instead of the bottom.
