Training
Rugen teaches and trains Sushi Preparation (starting at Friends).
In addition, he unlocks progression for Levels 51-60 in Fishing (at Comfortable), although the January 22 patch notes indicate this is temporary.
Rugen can also unlock 51-60 for Butchering (at Friends) and Skinning (at Friends).
