Described ingame as "Mastery of the staff as a martial weapon. Staff fighting has a mix of both offensive and defensive abilities."
Hogan teaches the skill in Hogan's Keep.
Roshun the Traitor teaches the 51-60 skill levels. He also offers to teach some of the higher levels of the Staff abilities.
