 [[Nightmare Caves]] is part of a massive cave system underneath the [[Povus]] region. This cave system It is often considered split into four major sections. The [[Errruka's Cave]], connected to [[Forthragarian Caves]], [[Nightmare Caves]], and [[Aktaari CaveElven Judgement]]. Trainers for the majority of the level 90 unlocks can be found in these caves.

Starting just past the trainer section in nightmare caves, this area typically requires a full team (tank, healer, dps) with good gear and modding at level 90+.
