Summary
Gareth Plumsy in Statehelm said, "I have a big test coming up at school and I need to be at my best. I could literally die if I'm not! This school is nuts! I need more pineal juice, but not the weak stuff you brought me before.

Here. I bribed an alchemist at the mage college to get this recipe. Of course, I don't know how to actually do alchemy, so I'll leave it up to you."

Prerequisites
To start this quest, talk to Gareth Plumsy in Statehelm. You must also have completed Helping Townsfolk: Long Bardic Nights and wait at least 156 hours after completion before this quest is available.

Wow. This stuff is potent!
