		However, there’s so much more to learn!

		[[Industry]]. The Industrial Revolution. Mass Production. Or just some fancy mass murder and gathering. A means of making a side gig income that is cheap, easy, and sometimes just damn free.

		You’ll want to head to Serbule Keep. Head towards the enclosed part of the keep. You’ll see the Player Work Order Board and the Work Order Board. You can check the Player board for player posted jobs - but be aware! Players try to use this board to get hella good deals from other players - READ: SCAMMING YOU IF YOU DON’T KNOW PRICING/VALUE OF ITEMS - So maybe shy away from that unless you know it’s a good deal/worth your time and or energy.

		A really good typical rule is that if a player is going to pay you at least $100 per item, you can think about it, $200 is better, $300 is good, $400 is great in many situations, $500 is solid, and higher is pretty good, or the item is really worth much more to them.

		Things like sand (magic, quartz, antimagic), stomachs, metal slabs above (good), and several more harder to get or more valuable things are typically worth well over 500 councils each, but we’ll get more into this discussion later.

		Anyways, that was a tangent. Go look at the Work Order Board. There should be at least -two- options on the board that have no level requirement. Basically just go do them. Buy the orders from the board (just one for each!) and use them to ‘acquire’ the work order as a ‘quest’ in a separate ‘work order’ tab in your journal menu. Whatever it is. Healing potions? Send it, go figure out making 10, and go deliver them. Your lovely delivery location is in North-East Serbule to a gentleman named [[Fitz the Boatman]] and he’ll happily pay you for your industry work ordered items and give you some Industry experience points.

		That’s pretty much the entire skill. You can do Industry work orders for each specific offered item/order once every 30 days. However, work orders cycle on a 3 hour timer on each work order board. There are different work order boards, they scale to industry level. Serbule handles levels 1-15 pretty much inclusive. Eltibule’s board in Hogan’s keep will go up to level 30-40 or so. Sun Vale’s board does level 30-50 stuff. Kur Mountains board only handles food orders of a wide variety of level (mostly level 25+). Casino work order board is a bit eclectic and has a wide variety available on it on a given day.

		You can only accept so many work orders at once. You probably don’t want to buy a bunch of work orders and clog your storage with them with the mindset of “eh, I’ll do it later”. Down that road leads minor amounts of madness. And clogged storage. However, you can batch buy over a few days work orders that all correspond with a certain skill - IE: get every surveying or skinning or whatever work orders and stack them up, then go ahead and try and knock them all out at once in a leveling spree. That’s not a bad way to do it.

		Work orders also drop as loot. Keep/use the good or easy ones. Vendor the rest.

		As you level industry, you can take more work orders at once, you get paid out more for your work orders (+10% councils at level 50.), and you’ll basically just acquire some passive benefits from the whole thing.

		Congrats, you have a basic understanding of industry and another income stream to make use of.

		Tip: There’s a broken work order on the Serbule board that appears semi-frequently now for 10 pig snouts for like 71000 councils. This is clearly unintended but basically everyone’s been making use of it while it’s there, so hit that early bird bonus or whatever before it’s patched (betting next patch that it gets fixed as of early August 2026.)

		Tip: Trophy hide work orders became much more worthwhile in the most recent patch. However, getting trophy hides is kind of a pain in the buttocks without the high anatomy skill of the creatures you’re skinning. What you -can- do is check the buy used on Kleave in Eltibule and see if there’s 10 trophy skins to go with an order, and see if it’s profitable. I think many of these are now semi profitable even buying the skins at a premium on buy used.

Find a player to sell you level 10 riding gear (Reins, Saddlebag, Saddle, Horseshoes) This will speed up your horse and give you travelling quality of life with a saddlebag storage space to access. You access this through the horse menu in the bottom right corner. Horse menu is on your sidebar menu bar.

	Advanced tip: Head into your keybinds now that you have a horse, assign mounting up to your middle mouse click (click that mouse wheel and mount up!), and assign autorun to ` that lil key beside the number 1/! Button on most USA aligned keyboards. Now you have convenient binds for mounting, dismounting, and autorun. Hooray, travel has never been so easy.		Advanced tip: Head into your keybinds now that you have a horse, assign mounting up to your middle mouse click (click that mouse wheel and mount up!), and assign autorun to ` that lil key beside the number 1/!
