Eye of Hate is a Watcher boss found in the Skull Cave in the Rahu desert accessed with the Prop Skull Key.
The Rage Attack of the Eye of Hate spawns a level 95 Skeleton Sentry next to every ally (including pets) hit in the 30m burst. These sentries award ~100,000 base experience, making it a very efficient way to farm combat experience, even with multiple parties.
