Backstory
The Fox Cartel is a shadowy organization that arose in the dreamscape of Miraverre. Observed cartel operations include skinwalker patrols, bounceweed dealing, and large scale graffiti operations.
Organization
The Fox Cartel has only two public facing members, WannabeGoth and Nali. They manage the Guild's public events, like poetry jams and egg runs.
Recruitment
Official recruitment to the roster is closed, but investigations into the cartel's activities have shown their ranks to contain a number of operatives that officially reside in other guilds. This is likely done intentionally, to make their operations harder to track.
