Description of what sparks are and formatting and stuff: TODO, adding a list of where to get different spark types for now.
Sparks come from >70? enemies only.
Elitubule Keep Secret Chest seems to always have a Mastery Spark, unsure if only first time looting, may just be first secret chest looted overall.
Statehelm Ratkin Daily Chest seems to give random sparks.
