This quest is given by Jaunce Zodiac, who wanders around Statehelm during the day. It becomes available 156 hours (about one week) after completing Helping Townsfolk: The Cork Scheme. It can be completed by reporting to Jaunce Zodiac or at the Statehelm Mail Dropoff.
