Help exterminate the ratkin muggers that have spread throughout the town.
(Quest can only be advanced at night.)

Prerequisites
To start this quest, defeat a Ratkin in the city of Statehelm between in-game hours of 9pm and 6am.
Preface
“There are a LOT of muggers out tonight. You could make a big improvement to the city's safety by exterminating a bunch of them before the scurry back into whatever hole they came out of. But you know that your safety is paramount: you mustn't die on such a mundane errand!

- Kill 15 Ratkin Muggers Before Dawn Without Dying.
