A thick vellum contract that binds a fragment of the signer's soul into this document. This magic is considered highly unethical by most sentient races because it leaves the signer permanently weaker, but crones sometimes use their slaves' souls as currency. This can be used to add a Mastery Spark to any type of equipment. Visit a Mastery Spark Workbench (such as the one in Statehelm's armor shop) to do so.
