Ser Hackley in Statehelm said, "I've got reliable reports that there are dangerous winter fairies hiding out somewhere in the sewer. They apparantly hide out in two of the big sewage-sieve rooms. Better take care of both rooms."

To start this quest, talk to Ser Hackley in Statehelm. You must have Civil Engineering training. You must have recently completed Sewer Clots! in order to undertake this quest. This quest can be repeated after 166 hours.
