Filling a lamp with one lamp oil rewards you with 2 civic pride. Snuffing lamps after 5 AM or lighting them after 7 PM rewards you with 20 civic pride. (Note: see the top of the map At this time, there is no Civic Pride XP awarded for filling the ingame time)Rahu zone lamps or turning on or off.

You also earn 10 civic pride for adding fuel (wood chips) to the wall torches, making for a relatively cheap method of earning civic pride.
