How to Obtain
First, obtain a Scrounger's Ring from Rahu sewers. Take this plus 50x Piece of Green Glass to Povus at level 8 or higher town level during the day and speak with Tryaka, using the Talk option, to get the quest "Tryaka Needs Glass". Complete this quest, then speak with her again and trade your ring for a Tryaka's Advanced Crafting Token, which you can finally trade back to her plus 35 Live Event Credits for the Scavenger's Ring.
