While modern orcish armies are still struggling to incorporate battle mages and thaumaturges into their ranks, Mutterers go far beyond that, working in secret to master powerful sorceries such as the summoning of demons and demon-gates. The book ends with a chilling warning: most orcish armies probably have Mutterers secretly in their midst. Any thaumaturge or
