The first time you use (bind to or recall from) a Teleportation Circle, you're rewarded 200 bonus Teleportation XP.
You can see how many unique teleportation circles you've already bound to in each zone by going to the Skills pane -> Teleportation -> List Used Teleport Locations. You can also see your currently bound Circle at Skills -> Teleportation -> Get Binding Info. You can click a Teleportation Circle icon on your map to see how many times you have used that circle and if it is eligible for the bonus.
