Nightmare Caves is part of a massive cave system underneath the Povus region. It is connected to Forthragarian Caves and Elven Judgement. Trainers for the majority of the level 90 unlocks can be found in these caves.
Points of Interest
Elite section: Dragon Run or Elven Judgment
One part of nightmare caves is a dangerous 90+ dungeon with elite mobs, leading to several bosses with individual curses and possible unlocks, best known as Elven Judgement or Dragon Run. Starting just past the trainer section in nightmare caves, this area typically requires a full team (tank, healer, dps) with good gear and modding at level 90+.
Non-Elite section: Demons and the maze
The other major section contains mostly 90+ non-elite mobs, with a couple of elites and bosses sprinkled in. It is the major area for several and puzzles taking place both within the dungeon.
