<b>11:30:</b> I still haven't tracked down the lag on the new hardware. Need to take the server offline so I can methodically track it. It'll probably be hours before I find this, so let's assume tonight is a bust! My apologies.

<b>9:15pm:</b> Server is very laggy. Investigating... server will be up and down.

<b>8:50pm:</b> Flipping the switch! Servers should be up now.

<b>8:40pm:</b> Almost there! Waiting on final okay from the hardware guys and then I'll flip the switch.

<b>7:00pm: Server is still down for hardware replacement!</b> The hardware is in place now and I am restoring backups. Another, hm, 90 minutes I'd expect!
