The answer is "String." This item is sometimes called a ball of string by players and can be obtained through either Textile Creation or purchased from Ukorga in the Kur Mountains. A Prodigy who thinks ahead might obtain more than one "Ball of String" for use with the newly acquired skill. <spoiler show="Click Every time you attempt to see why">taming tame a cat requires a ball of , it uses 1 string for every attempt</spoiler>.
