I don't want to change something that will just be overwritten by the bot so I'm listing here that option exists rather than updating the template.

If there's value in it, I think that css transform() could also be used to scale up icons to 128x128 if there could be a use for that.

Sizing

I'm not sure if there's any value in adding it to the template, but the css does already have a class for 16x16 as well: extimage16px. I don't want to change something that will just be overwritten by the bot so I'm listing here that option exists rather than updating the template.
