Yesterday's update broke character-creation. Oops. This is fixed now!
Today's update also has some monster re-balancing, because I happened to be working on that today. These changes are extremely experimental... I haven't even play tested them myself yet. But they should be mild.
Many monsters above level 35-ish will have more armor and do more damage. And all bosses now do a bit more damage. Theoretically, it won't be a dramatic change.
