Run Speed
Consumables
- can be learned in the Serbule Hills Spider Cave.
- (L 5) and (L 20) can be learned from Alchemy: Ignite The Fire In Your Legs!, a book sold by Yetta. These potions last five minutes and require at least one Fire Dust as ingredient.
- (L 35) and (L 45) are alchemy recipes only Lycanthropes can learn, but the potions are usable by anyone.
