* It must be nighttime in Povus. She will not spawn before 8:00pm.
* Ghosts must be spawning in the Sprawl district of the city.
* The light outside her house must be off. If the light is turned on, or all of she will despawn.* If the lights are light is not turned on, she will likely despawnat 1:15am.
The first time [[Kimeta]] is spoken to, she asks for an item. This is not a quest.
