Summary
Nissim in Amulna said, "I want Amulna to be a welcoming place for all creatures, but so few desert-dwellers behave appropriately. Even our fellow Rakshasa have attacked our settlement several times this year. And then the roving packs of cat-things attacked... and of course those ridiculous human-faced cat things...
Simply put, the Sand Seer is the only reason we haven't been overrun already. But she won't be living here forever. This part of the desert must be made more secure!"

To start this quest, talk to Nissim in the Ilmari Desert.
