Summary
In a cave beneath Povus, you came upon a strange door that could only be opened if you find all the "lost penguins." Presumably they are near the door?
Prerequisites
To start this quest, talk to the Penguin Gate in Nightmare Caves.
Preface
“The door doesn't budge. A cloying voice says, "Where are my penguins?! I won't go anywhere without ALL of my penguins!"
