Shirogin is a Tailoring expert living in the City of Rahu.
He dreams of being invited to the Formal Execution, an event thrown by the Rakshasa Generals towards the end of a season. He wishes to attend the event, but has not been invited for the past three years due to an unfortunate situation involving General Tremal.
