This addresses some issues with yesterday's patch, and further improves the UI in a few places.
:- Experimental UI: Nameplates will no longer be visible through walls
:- Fix bug causing Combat Refresh info to spill out of ability tooltips
:- Text for "Other" effects in ability tooltips is now spaced identically to the rest of the text in the tooltip
:- Quests that cannot be abandoned will no longer have the grayed-out "Abandon" button cut off
:- 2 new item short-descriptions: Quest Item & Tool
