Changes

The skill requires [[Gems|gems]] (acquired through [[Geology]]) and there is a small chance that a gem will be consumed when the skill is used!

There are currently two kinds of teleportation binding locations: a simple stone disk raised from the floor, and the other is a orange looking pedestal. Unclear yet what distinguishes them other than appearance.
